How to use
Mix the Lash Dye with Noemi Developer at a 1:1 ratio (developer to dye) until you reach a creamy consistency. Apply to lashes (or brows) and leave on for 5–15 minutes — reduce to 5 minutes when applying after a lash lift, since the hair is already opened up and absorbs color faster.
Customizable developer strength:
✓ 3% Cream Developer for standard lash tinting
✓ 6% Cream Developer for coarse, gray, or hard-to-dye lashes
✓ 0% Developer Corrector mixed with 3% to soften strength for post-lift or post-lamination tinting
The pH value is 9–10, allowing the dye to penetrate the hair for an intense result that lasts approximately 8 days on the skin and 5–6 weeks on the hair.
